It is so sweet, fresh and makes me feel really good. In fact, fruits are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals and they also provide a lot of antioxidants.
However, there is nothing worse than biting into a fruit that is really sour and just not very good.

Fall
The fall season means a surge of all your favorite things including pumpkin spiced lattes, spooky Halloween treats and of course, a variety of YUMMY FRUITS!
In order to buy your fruits with optimal freshness and juiciness, learn the best fruits for the fall season.
The fall season ranges from the beginning of September to the end of November, however the first official day of fall falls on the 22nd or 23rd of September each year. So get ready a delicious and nutritious season of fruits.
