It’s a personalized catalog of the things that light up your soul and make life worth living.
Your bliss list can include anything – from savoring a cup of hot cocoa on a rainy day to hiking in nature, from practicing yoga to spending quality time with loved ones.
Whatever makes YOU happy should be included.

Once you’ve brainstormed a variety of blissful activities, it’s time to compile them into your very own bliss list.
Write them down in a notebook, create a digital document, or get creative with a vision board – whatever format resonates with you.
If you want a digital document – I LOVE Canva! It is completely free and so easy to use. Simply go to their website, type in “poster” or “list” in the search bar and create your own new bliss list poster. You can also choose from a bunch of templates as well.
