Eggs have been a staple in my diet as I eat them almost every day. And for good reason…they are versatile, affordable and so good.
They are most commonly used as a breakfast food in US but other places have been known to eat them throughout the day and even for dinner.
Additionally, eggs are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. For even more nutrients, reach for eggs that are rich in Omega-3 or pasteurized.
I also love including a side of fresh fruit with these recipes. Any fruit is good depending on the season and availability. However, some of my favorite options are blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, oranges and watermelon.

There are so many other things you can add to your breakfast bagel, including cream cheese, tomatoes, spinach and more.

Avocado toast and eggs is another super easy and delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs.

Just like the breakfast bagel, there is so many other options and stuff you can include on your avocado toast. They are so good I could eat them all day!
